It begins the process of attitude change and introduces people to the skills of safe and effective use of all available resources. CRM training is one way of addresses the challenge of optimizing the human\/machine interface and accompanying interpersonal activities by using a range of techniques and case studies to make sure course members aware of the importance of CRM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 19px;\"><strong><em>&#8211; Crew Resource Management (CRM) Recurrent Training <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\" style=\"font-size: 19px;\"><strong>Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Recurrent training will build on the foundation provided\u00a0 by the initial\u00a0 CRM\u00a0 course but will be more specifically tailored to address the particular issues within your operation.
