This includes effective teambuilding, conflict resolution, situational awareness, information transfer and dissemination, problem solving, decision making, and dealing with automated systems.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>-Dispatch Resource Management (DRM) Recurrent Training <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\" style=\"font-size: 19px;\"><strong>Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Recurrent training will build on the foundation provided by the initial DRM course but will be more specifically tailored to address the particular issues within your operation.
