Inside the GACA-Approved Flight Dispatcher Program at Aviation Pioneers

The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) sets the standard every flight dispatcher in the Kingdom must meet before receiving a licence. At Aviation Pioneers, our Aircraft Dispatcher Course is built directly around that standard, covering aircraft performance, meteorology, air traffic control procedures, aviation law, aircraft systems and full flight-planning simulation.

Candidates begin with a secondary school diploma, a minimum age of 21, and solid English proficiency — with aviation English courses available for those who need to strengthen their language skills first. The path to licensure runs through the academy's own written examination, followed by GACA's oral and practical exams.

Because the curriculum tracks GACA's requirements directly, graduates step into the workforce with a qualification that's recognised and employable across any airline or dispatch centre operating in the Kingdom.
